I am Lauri Thompson, a State Farm Agent based in Kountze, Texas. With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have been serving our community since opening my office in 2004. As a long-time resident of over 20 years, I am committed to helping my neighbors in Kountze, Village Mills, Silsbee, Lumberton, Sour Lake, Woodville, Batson, Big Thicket, Kirbyville, Wildwood Resort and surrounding areas in Texas.

We provide various insurance services, including Auto, Life, Motorcycle, Condo, Renters, and Homeowners Insurance. My team and I have over 80 years of combined experience, and we use our knowledge to focus on meeting the insurance needs of our Good Neighbors. I am a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, and I have lived in Kountze for over two decades. I am a active member of Cornerstone church. I have served as Kountze Chamber of Commerce President. I am a 2011 graduate of LSET Leadership Southeast Texas. Past Vice Pres of Economic Development Corporation and Texas A&M University Alumni. I am a proud wife and mother of 2, grandmother of 4. Great grandmother of two. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, cooking, golf and painting.
